The preparations for a spectacular Transmission ‘The Creation’ show are in full swing. Here you’ll find important information to ensure a smooth start of an unforgettable night.
EVENT SECURITY
The safety of our fans and visitors was, is and always will be of the highest importance. A security check is in place at the entrance into the arena with the use of metal detectors and x-ray scanners. The security of the O2 Arena is under close supervision of the arena’s security service. Before each event the police of the Czech Republic is also informed and follows all necessary legal procedures. The Czech police department has issued a statement that police presence is currently in full capacity in order to provide adequate security for all events taking place at the O2 arena.
FREE PRE PARTY WITH TRANSMISSION TICKET FRIDAY 20.11.2015
The Transmission weekend already starts on Friday evening with the official Transmission pre-party in club Mecca. You will have FREE access with a Transmission ticket until 23.30. Please be aware Club Mecca has a limited capacity and we therefore advise you to come early to avoid standing for a closed door. This also counts for if your name is on the guest list. Once is reached the max capacity (1.200) Mecca will handle the rule ‘one out, one in’ and once you go outside we can’t let you in straight after. OPEN AND CLOSING TIMES – ENTRANCE
Gates of the O2 arena will be opened at 20.00 hr. The music starts at 20.00 hr. and the show itself starts at 21:00 hr. Transmission ends at 06.00 hr. Regular ticket holders should enter the venue via the North side entrance. VIP tickets holders access the O2 arena through entry/gate No. 1 at the North side. Golden ticket holders have to access the O2 arena through gate 9 at the North side. See map. Please note: you can only use your ticket once to access the O2 arena.
TICKETS
VIP tickets are sold out. The last 1500 regular tickets are available at www.transmission.events and the Ticketportal network. Paylogic ticket sales will run until Saturday 21/11 17:00 o’clock here: Transmission Tickets – Paylogic
If not sold out in advance, tickets can be also purchased at the day of the event from 10:00 AM and during the night at the O2 arena box offices. The last Golden tickets can also be purchased at the O2 arena box offices (nr. 10) at the O2 arena. See map. Payments are accepted in CZK, EURO and with credit cards. In order to avoid disappointment we recommend you to buy tickets in advance only through the official sale channels.
EXCHANGE OF PAYLOGIC E-TICKES
The Paylogic E-tickets must be exchanged for the original Ticketportal tickets at the Paylogic desks nr. 1-4 at the North side of the O2 arena nearby the VIP entrance nr.1. See the map. Tickets exchange is possible from 17:30 hr. until 05:00 hr.
GUESTLIST
The guestlist is located at cashdesk nr. 5 which is open from 19:00 hr. until 05:00 hr. See the map.
TRANSMISSION TATTOO HOLDERS AND AMBASSADORS
If you are a tattoo holder or an Ambassador, you can find your accreditation card at the entrance nr. 31. After you will submit your ID card and after checking the authenticity of your tattoo (not for ambassadors), you can enter into the arena. Entrance nr. 31 is open from 20:00 hr.
PHOTOGRAPHERS AND PRESS ACREDITATION
Photographers and other media partners can find accreditation cards at entrance nr. 31. After you will submit your ID card you can enter into the arena. Entrance nr. 31 is open from 20:00 hr.
CLOAKROOM
For regular ticket holders the cloakroom will be available for 50 CZK or 2 Euro on the 4th floor of the O2 arena, accessible with the escalators in the North foyer. There will also be a limited amount of 600 lockers in which 4 jackets can fit. Lockers are available for 200 CZK / 10 Euro for rent + 100 CZK / 5 Euro deposit, which will be given back when you hand over the key again. Lockers are accessible throughout the whole night. In case you would like to have a locker we recommend you to come early. VIP CLOAKROOM
The VIP cloakroom is located on the ground floor in the North foyer behind the infopoint. See the map. It’s free for VIP ticket holders and has a limited capacity.
LOST-AND-FOUND
Lost-and-found will be available throughout the night at the infopoint. See the map.
PAYMENTS AT O2 ARENA
Payments for refreshments are in cash. In the North foyer of the O2 arena is located an ATM machine. Payments can be done in CZK or Euro’s.
TRANSMISSION MERCHANDISE
The Merchandise stand is located inside the arena behind the infopoint. See the map. Here you can find Transmission T-shirts, caps, partyglasses etc.
BOOKLET
When entering the O2 arena all visitors can receive the Transmission booklet including time-table, map and some other interesting content.
SOUNDLEVEL
The sound level will be between 102 and 105 db. To protect your hearing it’s strongly advised to wear party-earplugs.
MINIMUM AGE
Minimum age for entry to Transmission is 18 years. For more information regarding the visiting regulations go to the O2 arena website.
TOILETS
O2 arena offers plenty of toilets which are available for free. VIP guests have access to the VIP toilets nearby the entrance to the KARE VIP Lounge.
PARKING
For parking use the car park, located in the immediate vicinity of the O2 arena. For more info see the see website.
TAXIS
Taxis are available throughout the night near the main Northern entrance at Ocelářská street.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT
The O2 arena is located at Českomoravská Street No. 2345/17, Prague 9. Next to the O2 arena is the metro station „Českomoravská“. The tram station, bus terminal and the railway station „Praha-Libeň” are situated on several minutes of walking distance. PHOTOS & VIDEO
In order to capture all the special moments of Transmission, it is possible to bring your mobile phones / compact digital cameras / GoPro to the event. Professional cameras (with interchangeable lenses) and video cameras are only allowed for people who have received a special photo pass accreditation. Press accreditations are no longer provided and any other requests will not be accepted.
SMOKING
Smoking is permitted only in the designated areas. See map. In case of violation of the smoking ban organizational services may lead the visitor that the ban violated the O2 arena without compensation.
NOT PERMITTED !!!
To the O2 arena is prohibited to bring: your own food and drinks, drugs, laser pointers, selfie sticks, glass, aerosol sprays, cans, plastic PET bottles and sharp objects, and any other object that could threaten visitors of the safety of the event. Clothing or other visible signs of physical appearance, expressing explicit political and social movements and groups are prohibited.
